Professional Profile

Simon commenced his career in accountancy in 1987 qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 in a medium sized accountancy practice based in London. Following almost ten years at the firm Simon was headhunted by a client and moved into industry and commerce where he worked in the head office of a quoted manufacturing and distribution company specialising in financial accounts, strategic planning and due diligence.

In 2003 Simon joined Rayner Essex and was made a partner in 2004. His skill set is varied, he draws upon extensive commercial and taxation knowledge assisting clients to develop and manage all aspects of their business affairs.

The Personal View

Simon lives in North West London and is married with three young children. Although this takes up much of his spare time, Simon and his family enjoy socialising and can often be seen out and about in local restaurants. An enthusiastic Formula One follower Simon never misses a race, although as maturity sets in no longer stays up all night to watch a race preferring the benefits of Sky!!!
