Professional Profile
Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980 and joined Rayner Essex in 1982. He also holds the Corporate Finance qualification.
Tim predominantly acts for mid to large corporates and specialises in the property sector. He has undertaken a large number of corporate acquisitions, disposals and mergers for clients and has acted for banks in complex financial restructuring arrangements. He has also acted as an expert witness for the Law Society and undertaken various forensic accounting assignments.
The Personal View
Tim has an all round interest in sport with rugby his first love. He regularly attends matches at Twickenham and supports Saracens his local club. His family are keen skiers and have visited resorts across Europe and in North America. He also enjoys the ongoing challenge of trying to improve his golf handicap!
