Introduction to Re-Commerce

Rayner Essex have built a specialist team in order to provide support in the production of management information and to offer advice in understanding the information ultimately to assist in improving the performance of the business. This team is separately identified as re-commerce, although working closely with the rest of the teams within the practice.

Each assignment is individually assessed and where a regular input is required an appropriately trained member of staff will be allocated, with the backup and support of at least one manager and a partner. That staff member will then be available for the regular visits or work undertaken in house and where possible for ad hoc work or trouble shooting. Consequently, the staff member often becomes seen as an additional member of the clients staff.

For businesses of all sizes it is important to measure the performance of the business and to be able to receive management information on a timely basis and to be able to understand and use it to the advantage of the business.

So whether the requirements are for bookkeeping tasks, preparing management reports for internal or external use or preparing budgets for periods ahead and comparing to actual performance re-commerce have the skilled staff to meet your requirements.
