Steve Jacobs appointed President of Inpact International

Stephen Jacobs, a Partner in the accountancy practice, Rayner Essex has recently been as appointed as President of Inpact International. Inpact International is an alliance of accountancy practices with nearly 200 members operating in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Africa. 

Stephen recently chaired an Inpact conference in Istanbul that was attended by the English speaking members of Inpact. The event was also attended by fellow Rayner Essex partners Antony Federer and Mark Moore.

Commenting on his appointment Mr Jacobs said:

“I am honoured to be appointed as President of Inpact. The

Alliance is a powerful mechanism for organisations to share best practice and to provide cross-border advice and support to clients of member firms. During my presidency I aim to enhance these links and ensure that not only our member firms benefit from the Alliance but also their clients.”

Rayner Essex has seen an increase in international work in recent years. This has typically involved helping businesses set up operations in overseas jurisdictions or guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions or divestment. Rayner Essex is also a member of “British American Business” which is a transatlantic organisation that fosters US/UK trade.
